Install
Unpack the tarball
Unix
The software can be compiled using make
wget http://popgen.dk/software/download/angsd/angsd0.538.tar.gz tar xfz angsd0.538.tar.gz cd angsd0.538 make cd ..
zlib needs to be installed on your system.
Or users that wants to try the latest version (where there might be bugs).
